I Got a Charge On My Card That's Called "SP SPOT FOUL"

Yes! If you see a charge on your bank which says 'SP SPOT FOUL" this is our statement descriptor that we go by when we charge your bank

 

Can i cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

The customer has 14 days after product purchase to request a refund. Products purchased but not shipped yet are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee after 24 hours has lapsed. Products that have already shipped or arrived in the buyer's hand will be subject to a 30% restocking fee within the 14 days after product receipt.
Once the 14 days has elapsed, no refunds will be provided.

It is crucial to understand that we will waive the restocking fee for returns only if the product arrived faulty. All returns for personal reasons will be subject to 30% restocking fee. In some cases, we will provide you a shipping label depending on your location, but most likely, you will have to ship it back to a provided return address by emailing us.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the case that your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the order for either a full refund or reshipment.

 

Where do you ship from?

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they go.

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If your item is out of stock in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production line with the same delivery times as indicated in our shipping page.
